We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right by a beautiful lake. It was perfect for a romantic weekend or a family visit. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. We also loved the shuttle service that was provided, making it easy for us to explore the area. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch and added to the luxurious experience. In our immaculate room, we had all the amenities we could ask for, including heating, a flat-screen TV, and a lovely terrace with garden furniture.
We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Located by a serene lake, this beautiful castle hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. With stunning furnishings, peaceful rooms, and impeccable service, it's a unique spot at a reasonable rate. Immaculate rooms, calm surroundings, a nice breakfast spread, and private rowing boats on the lake are just a few of the amenities that make it a perfect choice.
The accommodation can be cramped, with small spaces and low ceilings as some guests have noted.

We loved the tranquil location near the lake. The hotel facilities were great and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Cleanliness was excellent.

The hotel had some nice views of nature, it was close to the main strip, and they had a decent breakfast service.
The language barrier with the staff made communication difficult, the rooms were too small and dusty causing allergies, and the air conditioning was very loud and didn't work properly. The New Year's Party was a letdown due to lack of festive decor/activities in the common areas.

Beautiful scenery and excellent food. the location was breathtaking and the food was upscale and delicious. the view of the lake was an incredible sight to see during meals. the staff was also incredibly hospitable.
Small, crowded and outdated rooms. the rooms were small and cramped with outdated decor.
